Ingredients for 20 truffles:

  • 80 g porridge oats.

  • 100g ml 0% greek yoghurt or vegan yoghurt.

  • 80 g dark chocolate.

  • 2 tbsp plant based milk.


  • 1 tbsp desiccated coconut.

  • 2 tbsp toasted almond flakes 2 tbsp cocoa nibs.

  • 1 tbsp cocoa.


Melt chocolate (with milk) in a bowl over boiling water.

Mix yoghurt with porridge oats.

Pour melted chocolate into the batter.

Refrigerate until the mixture is set, about 1-2 hours.

Form small balls and coat with topping of your choice.

Cover and refrigerate for about 2 more hours
