1 medium banana,
60 grams walnuts,
125g xylitol or sweetener,
0,5 tsp baking soda,
2 medium eggs or vegan substitute: 2 tbsp flaxseed + 6 tbsp water
0,5 tsp salt,
1,5 tsp vanilla extract,
30g unsweetened cocoa powder,
3 tbsp oil,
2 cans (2 x 225g) black bean.
100 g dark chocolate,
4 tbsp milk (plant-based milk)
Rinse thoroughly black beans.
Throw all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth - could not be easier.
Add chopped walnuts.
Pour the batter into 2 dishes and bake in preheated oven 45-55 min /180
Take the cake out of the oven and out of the baking dishes, let it cool down.
Melt chocolate with milk & pour over the brownie.
Put into the fridge for 60 minutes.
